Phil pursued higher education at Park University, earning a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Disaster and Emergency Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He later returned as an adjunct professor, blending academic insight with real-world experience to prepare students for careers in public service and emergency management.

 

After his fire service career, Phil stepped into a new arena in Las Vegas, working as a Surveillance Agent on the Las Vegas Strip. There, he sharpened his skills in observation, investigation, and risk management—abilities he continues to use today as a licensed Private Investigator in Fort Myers, Florida.

 

But beyond his career in public safety and security, Phil is a Certified Life Coach, dedicated to helping others find clarity, confidence, and purpose. His unique background—spanning firehouses, classrooms, casinos, and investigations—gives him a perspective few coaches bring. He knows what it means to stand tall in crisis, adapt to change, and rise stronger on the other side.

 

When he’s not working, Phil stays active, explores the beauty of Florida with his wife and close friends, and continues to learn and grow. With a life marked by adaptability and service, he now uses his experience to help others break free from limitations, reclaim their voice, and lead with conviction.
