Cancellation Policy

By booking or purchasing coaching services from Envision Quest, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Booking & Cancellation Policy. All coaching purchases are final and non-refundable. Coaching sessions must be completed within the applicable timeframe from the date of purchase. Foundation and Growth Packages, as well as Individual Coaching Sessions, must be used within three (3) months of the purchase date. Transformation Packages must be be used within four (4) months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after the applicable timeframe will be forfeited without refund. Extensions may be granted only at the sole discretion of Envision Quest, LLC and must be approved in writing. Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending all coaching sessions within the applicable timeframe. Appointments may be scheduled by contacting phil@envisionquestcoaching.com. Complimentary consultations are provided at no charge and require a valid credit or debit card to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged for attending the consultation. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any coaching session. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with fewer than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 Late Cancellation Fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file. This policy applies to all coaching sessions, including complimentary consultations. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (“no-show”) will be treated as a late cancellation. If the missed appointment is part of a coaching package, the session will also be considered used. Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Envision Quest, LLC. Before coaching services commence, clients must review, complete, sign, and return all required forms, policies, and agreements available on the Forms page of our website. Coaching services will not begin until all required documentation has been received and reviewed by Envision Quest, LLC.
