Cancellation Policy

All coaching packages and individual sessions must be purchased in full at the time of booking. Payment confirms your commitment to the coaching process and secures your place within the schedule. All purchases are non-refundable. This includes any unused sessions within a package. Once a package or individual session is purchased, it is considered final, and no partial or full refunds will be issued. Foundation and Growth Packages, as well as individual sessions, must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Transformation Packages must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within the applicable timeframe will be forfeited. Extensions or rollovers are not guaranteed and may only be granted at the sole discretion of Envision Quest, LLC, if approved in writing. Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending all sessions within the allotted timeframe. After purchasing a package, sessions may be scheduled by contacting phil@envisionquestcoaching.com. ⸻ Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy To maintain scheduling consistency, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, a $100 late cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file. This policy applies to both paid sessions and complimentary consultations. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Envision Quest, LLC. ⸻ General Liability Waiver Clients are required to review, sign, and initial the General Liability Waiver and Release Form prior to the start of coaching. This form is available under the “Forms” section of the website. Coaching services will not begin until the completed form has been received. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking. ⸻ Agreement to Terms By purchasing a coaching package or individual session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
